Well today I just wanted to report that i worked out again and burned 395 cal. I am so proud of myself I know I know it has only been two days but that is a start. I feel good about this time. Its hard though because I love food so much. I am an emotional eater or I shoudl say I eat all the time. I really struggle with that part. So this year I am going to do better, taking one day at a time and not think about the future. I have a short term goal and that is to lose ten pounds by Feb 14th. I hope that that will help take an inch off my waist. One more day I can mark off the calender!!
